Answer:
We will send your order as soon as possible, at the latest within one week after we receive the payment. Depending on the destination also allow up to a couple of weeks for delivery. For urgent orders send us a mail and we will try to find a way to speed up the shipping process.

Will the delivery be faster when I pay in advance or through PayPal?
Answer:
We will send the order as soon as we receive your payment. In general we receive payments made with PayPal immediately. Advance payments (bank transfer) can take up to several work days until the transaction is complete. Ask your bank for details.

All our drinking machines are made of food safe material and are dermatological tested. Warning: If used with alcoholic beverages, our products can accelerate inebriation. Use responsibly.

Can I further accelerate drinking with Stürzer?
Answer:
Yes, simply press your finger on the small inner tube while securing the Stürzer on top of the bottle. Release the finger for drinking. This prevents liquid from blocking the inner tube and allows for a faster release of negative pressure inside the bottle.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we don't have a minimum order quantity. You can order a single product on our online shop.

Question: Are Stürzer and Turbomat dishwasher safe, and how can I clean them otherwise after use?
Answer:
Yes, both products are dishwasher safe. To avoid water stains on the plastic the products should be cleaned with distilled water. A trick to clean the inside of the tube: Wrap a tampon in kitchen towel, thread the string through the tube and pull. Extend the tampon string accordingly to clean the Turbomat.
